Let’s create the life and intimacy you crave.
The relationship you have with your heart, mind, and body will be the longest and most important relationship of your life and I’m deeply invested in supporting you to make it a loving, tender, and expansive one.
Do you feel stuck in fear, disconnection, and scarcity? Is it hard to put yourself out there to achieve your dreams, be it personally, professionally, or relationally? Do you experience a consistent sense of urgency—that you aren’t doing, being, achieving enough? Time to put down the measuring stick and nurture the deepest parts within you—the parts of you that make you feel so certain you have to keep proving yourself. In our culture and society, it’s a courageous and tender act to build a loving relationship with yourself and cultivate your deepest desires. Survival mode isn’t the only option, revival and abundance is possible.
Individual Therapy
My Approach
I use a bio-psycho-social model to understand the physical, sexual, social, and relational elements of your struggle. We’ll dive deep to understand the core parts of your dilemmas and incorporate somatic, emotion, and behavioral exercises and tools to support moving you into expansive, fulfilling, and easeful experiences. I work within three “phases” of treatment: we begin with building capacity and regulation to allow for creating new, relationally meaningful connections within yourself and we integrate these corrective experiences to allow your most wise, awake, and loving self to emerge.
What to Expect
We’ll spend the first few sessions engaged in a thorough assessment process so I can build an understanding of how you came to be a relational and sexual adult. We’ll explore identified themes and collaborate on a treatment roadmap that places you as the explorer and myself as the guide. The beginning of our work will focus on building our relationship and supporting you to understand the different parts of you: your nervous system states and patterns of coping. We’ll work together to invite change and a feeling of agency in how you navigate experience while inviting novel expansive experiences.
